It's not a surprise that medications are EXPENSIVE, but you shouldn't have to resort to Mexico or Canada to get your meds. ;)  Consumerist provided a list of affordable options right here, state-side.

I had no idea that some stores have antibiotics for free!  Of course none of those stores are in my area. Harumph!
